2. Description of Service

IdeaMunk is a platform that collects, analyzes, and presents business pain points discovered from public online discussions. Our Service uses AI technology to categorize and assess the business potential of these pain points.

3. Account Registration

To access our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Available Plans

• 1 Hour Access: $1 USD - Valid for 1 hour from purchase
• 24 Hours Access: $3 USD - Valid for 24 hours from purchase
• Monthly Subscription: $20 USD - Renews every 30 days
• Yearly Subscription: $99 USD - Renews every 365 days

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to change with notice
• Recurring subscriptions (monthly/yearly) will automatically renew unless cancelled
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid charges

4.3 Refund Policy

• Time-based access (1 hour, 24 hours): No refunds once access is granted
• Monthly/Yearly subscriptions: Refunds may be issued within 7 days of initial purchase at our discretion
• No partial refunds for unused subscription time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell content from the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our data collection methods
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Circumvent any access restrictions or payment requirements

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its AI analysis, categorizations, business potential scores, and presentation, is owned by Kalukan Pte Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Third-Party Content

User-generated content from third-party sources is owned by their respective authors and platforms. We provide links to original source content and do not claim ownership of third-party user-generated content.

6.3 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM:

• Accuracy or completeness of pain point analysis
• Success of any business ideas derived from our Service
• Availability or uninterrupted access to the Service
• That pain points represent viable business opportunities

You use the Service at your own risk. Business decisions should not be based solely on information from IdeaMunk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KALUKAN PTE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any business losses or damages from using the Service
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Actions taken based on information from the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kalukan Pte Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent payment or chargeback activity

Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ceases.
